Forum Title: Setting Foam Shower Seat - Thinset?
I'm installing a foam shower seat similar to:http://www.contractorsdirect.com/ima...s/14084_01.jpg I have a mud pan and the seat will go on the pan and then the floor tiles will run up to the base of the seat. Since the pan slopes, I want to put some mud down on the pan and then set the seat into it so that I can set the level of the seat and the entire base of the seat will be supported. I was going to use thinset but someone said I shouldn't. What should I use? Same floormix which I made the pan out of?
